I think in every class there is at least one person who ALWAYS has an opinion. And if there is not then it is probably you. I wonder if that one person who is ALWAYS running the class considers themselves hip? After all isn't hip being a "know it all"? Being educated on the latest information? Although I have also found that the one person in the class that knows so much tends to be beyond annoying. Perhaps that is my own opinion.
And it seems, to me, that everytime they begin talking I feel this sudden urge to either tell them to shut up, or say something to contradict their entire way of thinking. It seems knowing a lot and being hip, and all up in the know how, can also be extremely annoying. Well to those who are not "hip" or don't care enough to be involved in hip like things.
It must be awful at times being hip, people finding your way of thinking ridiculous, imature, long winded, etc....Is it really worth keeping up with the Joneses?
I think there are different levels of hip. There are hip people, who don't know they are hip, and are actually very classy and worth listening to. Then there are people that are not hip. Although, they self titled themselves as hip; and make others suffer while they shove their "know it all" behavior on every poor bastard that was foolish enough to walk by.
Perhaps it's an insecurity issue? Have to proclaim to the world some sort of significant part of their life. Almost running into the ground? Beating a dead horse! Ew!
Yet here I am ranting away about my feelings toward these sorts of people. We all do it, rant, and rave. So wouldn't we all be the annoying kid? Maybe not in the same form, but in some form? Goodness, how are we ever to survive?

Personal creation
There are so many people on the west coast, and several large cities. It's the perfect area for rebirthing. It's all about speed of change. As I explained in my previous blog different areas make cause for different types of night life. And night life is the place to build and create. Some places seem to be blessed with that ability while others seem to lack it.
It seems as if during the night people take on a new identity, I know when I go out with my friends in the evening time, we spend extra time with our hair and ake-up creating a face we wouldn't normally wear in public. Perhaps we do it for the thrill of being someone else for one night.
There almost seems to be this sort of natural instinct inside all of us who crave doing anything that is not in our norm. Breaking away from this invisable label that we have placed upon us, and i don't care what anyone says we all have a label put upon us by somebody, we may not really fit that label but it doesn't stop anyone from giving to us.
So LA is the prefect setting for change, I ean why not?

Procrastination
Silly how one of my recent posts had to do with hip people being procrastinators, and here I am forgetting my free blog. Oh no! what in the world does that make me?

It is common to think that hip originates in the city life. Which I find to be somewhat true.
I grew up in California, while living there the night life was never short of well the "night life". Clothing was always new and fresh, faces always done up, cars fast and shiney. Music thriving in all variations.
So when I moved to Idaho the whole atmosphere was different. Clothing that had been popular ages ago in California had just began surfacing in Idaho, along with camo...which had never been popular. Yikes!. Shiney cars were replaced with giant trucks. And the "night life" in Idaho was reduced to a few kids sneaking out to a friends party.
It was a huge culture shock! It felt as if I had been dropped off into hillbilly town. Although I must say I believe the reason things were so different were due to the fact that in California there were things to do, places to go, music, and dancing, and so any things worth seeing. While Idaho has a more restrictive variation of things to do.
Making a good time in Idaho, a very dull evening in California. Boise Idaho is also a smaller town, and it feels as if everyone knows, well, everyone. It sees as if reinventing yourself would be difficult here. Hopefully nothing horrendous during the pubescent years occured, or hell it's all over you! California gave the opportunity to change constantly, since everything there was evolving so quickly.
So maybe it isn't just city life, perhaps it is just certain areas that are deemed with the right to make waves in the ocean of hip. Since Boise Idaho, a city, does not possess anything nearly as intense as other cities in other states. So is it a mixture of people, or the area,or setting that creates these spaces of hip? The places that are worthy to disply hip happenings?
I can't be sure. I do know that even though there is no actual written rule, I have witnessed these honest situations. It is most clear that certain areas are indeed more hip than others, and it may not even be based on the aspect of "city life".

Monday
I' just wondering if being hip also correlates with being a procrastinator? I mean being hip seems as if it is a laid back sort of fashion statement.
So would doing homework on time, and arriving on time be something to make a statement about?

coexist
This is what you shall do, you shall live with an open mind and heart. Realize that everyone has valid opinions based upon their up bringing. No one is always right. Listen to one another, be willing to see from fresh eyes. Do not claim to be open minded and not actually be.
Be willing to take pride in both strengths and weaknesses, admit to fault and accept fault in others. Be aware of personal invention and the ability to help invent others. Do not except finality! Nothing is final until you make it so, do not let anyone tell you haw to live your life, simply accept their opinion and move forward.
Scorn those who are not willing to make changes in themselves, or willing to help make positive changes for the world. Forget all of the anger towards diversity, be willing to accept for there can be no progress unless we are all willing to coexist.
Find your inner child and make your world a place where you know you would want to live and be established.
Peace may never be attainable, but you better damn well strive for it!
